Hi friends! Are weird things happening in your house? They are in mine! My people put a tree in our house - in...the...house! Mommy set up all this stuff that (apparently) I'm not supposed to eat. My cat brother says it's Catmas but he thinks everything is about him so I'm not convinced. It doesn't quite sound the same when my people say it. Anyway, something is definately going on. This morning one of my people brothers told me that I made the nice list. I don't really know what this means but he said it in a happy voice so I think it's a good thing. Maybe it means I finally chewed up enough socks and toy cars that I win something?! Ooooo - maybe I won a new Kong toy! Kong toys are my favorite because I can chew and chew and they NEVER break! Here are a couple more things that would be fun to get (in case our people decide to give us an extra treat for following the rules and not knocking over the new sparkly house tree.)
Kong toys are my favorite - they are great! Squeaky toys - just don't chew out the stuffing or swallow the squeaker. Mommy says this happens sometimes and you would probably end up at the vet. Tennis balls. These are really bouncy and fun but my cousin ate the green stuff off the outside and his person threw the ball away. It was sad - just don't do it. Liver treats. MMMMM, liver treats. These are the best and mommy gets them from Stone House. She breaks them up into smaller bites so they last longer but I don't care, that just means I get 3 instead of 1. Happy me!
Extra loves and hugs, you just can't beat that one! In exchange for extra hugs I try really hard to leave the camel alone in mommy's manger scene, I don't chew on the light cords (mostly because mommy makes sure I can't get to them), and I don't beg for people food. Mommy says this can make me very sick with pancreatitis and I certainly don't want that again!! I know your people love you very much and I hope you have a Merry Catmas. I'm still not convinced that's right.....
Love and Licks,
I'm Kona, a 2 year old Rottweiler. I love to run, play and give kisses....alot of licks means alot of kisses! Mom has worked at Stone House for almost 12 years and was just waiting for the perfect dog and I'M IT!! I also have a cat brother and 3 people siblings. I love them all (but the cat won't believe me!)
